- l have approximately 150 cameras in a project. We are concerned about the operator having to remember which camera that the dvr is on. We want the ability to pick the camera from a list or simple enter the camera number to play back. Is this something that you could provide in a timely manner?

Yes. For software compression cards, there is a pic attached to the card. For IP cameras and H.264 DVR cards, we provide USB license dongles as a license key. Without the pic or the dongle, software cannot be working.
- How do I upgrade the software?
Simply download the official software from the ftp site we provide you. Via the pic/dongle license, you could easily upgrade to the latest software.
- Does Nuuo's software support with multiple languages?
Nuuo supports with 11 different languages:English, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Japanese, Hungarian, Portuguese, German.
- How does your Hybrid solution work?
Our Hybrid system will need to have DVR + NVR. It depends on how many IP camera and analogue camera you wish to manage. For the Hybrid solution, it can support for the combination for IP cameras and analogue cameras.

For the software compression card, users could install few more cards to expand the monitoring cameras of the system. For example, SCB-3004 could add one more SCB-3004 becoming a 8 channels system. Further, users could install add a IP dongle license key to monitor IP cameras becoming a Hybrid system.
- What is the benefit for installing a Hybrid system?
Different region need different degree of surveillance. Clients could monitor the normal region with analog cameras and the important region with IP or Mega Pixel cameras. Hybrid system provides clients to build a surveillance system with more affordable budget and flexible choice.
- Which IP cameras are supported in NUUO NVR software?
SCB-IP: We support the following cameras at the moment: ACTi, Axis, EtroVision, Pixord, Sony, VivoTek SCB-IP+: Besides of cameras supported in SCB-IP, we also support the following Mega Pixel cameras: Arecont Vision, IQinVision, Lumenera and Mobotix.
- Can I receive any notification from the system when there are some unusual events detected?
Yes, there are 6 different notifications that can be delivered when the intelligent system detects any event. You can select more than one notification, and they are: Phone call, Display on Screen, Play Sound, Send E-mail, PTZ Preset Go, and Digital output.

Yes, the remote live viewer could do that. You can find this application in the folder. Just start the remote live streaming in the configuration of main console. Remote live viewer is very useful which it could setup unlimited servers and cameras you have. The best part includes you can monitor IP cameras, video servers and analog cameras at the same time in a remote server. You can select what channel you would like to monitor from the unlimited list. Also, Remote playback has this function. We could manage unlimited channels by the remote application or web browser.
- Does NUUO support dual monitor? How do I set up?
Yes. NUUO supports Dual monitor, which enables the user to record up to 64 channels on the primary screen, while simultaneously watching or playing back on the secondary screen.
To set up dual monitor, firstly, please hook up the wire to BNC and DVI. (Please connect the monitors to the VGA card.)
Second, please go to "desktop" a "properties" a "settings"a "advanced" a "GeForce 6200 or Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile." You could change the settings to "dual monitor" there.
